Packaged salads produced at a Dole Fresh Vegetables Inc. facility in Ohio have been linked to a multistate outbreak of Listeria monocytogenes infections.
Operations are currently on a limited basis as the company seeks to confirm that new procedures, facility enhancements and employee training are effective.
