Dapec's live-bird handling and transport system features modules that do not require major adjustment for the grower or in the broiler house. The drawers have a flap system that does not harm the birds during loading. The company says the design also affords a 50% reduction in time spent loading the modules onto the truck. Stacking guides on the modules allow for easier stacking, and unloading of the modules is automatic. Triple-action tilting ensures that all drawers are completely emptied during unloading. After tilting, the container automatically goes into the washing unit for cleaning.
