Pouch system

The PSG YUE UltraClean filling and capping pouch system from PPi Technologies evacuates the pouch using nitrogen, fills the pouch, washes the spout thread, places the spout cap and tightens the cap to the desired torque. Standard with the machine is a CIP washing system operated from the PLC. The machine is totally encased in a positive airflow system to provide the most sanitary pouch packaging conditions possible, says the company. Pouch styles include traditional StandUp or side gusseted with either a center or corner fitment. Machine outputs vary from 20 ppm to 160 ppm.
