Sanitary separator

The SWECO SaniSep Plus separator ensures manufacturers sanitary separation, from checking incoming raw materials to safety screening in final packaging. The device is engineered for use in food, dairy and other cross-contaminant, sensitive applications. With a crevice-free interior and streamlined exterior, the separator meets the requirements of 3A, USDA, ASTM and FDA specifications.

Constructed of polished stainless steel, the separator’s vortex frame minimizes product buildup with flush connections, radius corner spouts and continuous seam welds while enabling virtually complete product discharge. The separator can be customized with a variety of materials and surface finishes, in-place cleaning capability, screen cleaning/deblinding devices and portable or stationary stands.
