Sine pumps

MasoSine sine pumps provide fast transfer, powerful suction, low shear and low pulsation for the ready-to-pour and frozen concentrate juice market segments. In addition to pumping straight concentrate, the pumps can be used in other areas of the blending and filling operation, including filling lines for blended and single-strength juice and for pumping corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup in the blending operation. fex0312ts18_inbody.jpg

They have 1 rotor, 1 shaft and 1 seal for simple maintenance. The pumps can be cleaned-in-place; CIP modifications are available depending upon the product being pumped and the cleaning protocol used. They can also be disassembled for manual clean-out-of-place.
