Portioning System

Built for high-volume portions, intense cuts and fat trimming, the JBT FoodTech DSI 800 Series compact water jet portioning system has cutters that move the full width of the belt so 2 or more lanes of whole breast poultry product or up to 6 lanes of trimmed half breasts can be run. The portioning software allows random loading; the DSI Q-LINK data center tracks incoming product attributes such as weight, thickness, width and length, and sends an email if yield has trended low or loading efficiency has dropped.
