Patty fill system

patty fill system nutecturedWith the NuTECtured patty fill system, patties are formed and assembled in random, grinder-sized strands. The interweaving strands of product allow heat transfer through the product for consistent weight and shape after cooking. Available on select NuTEC units, the system forms patties up to 1-in. thick and 10 oz. in weight.
