The screeners feature minimal structure vibration, low power consumption, low noise levels and low maintenance requirements. The Longhorn family can screen down to 325 mesh. Standard size decks include 4 x 8, 5 x 10, 5 x 12 and 6 x 12 ft., and are stagger-stacked at a 33° incline. The screeners can be configured with up to 5 decks arranged in series. Typical applications include screening salt, sugar and flours.
