3-A sanitary loader

K-Tron’s P-series Venturi loader conveys powders in sanitary food applications, and can be used for loading hoppers as well as loss-in-weight feeder refill applications. The device meets 3-A Dairy sanitary requirements. The compact Venturi power unit uses compressed air to create its vacuum conveying source, eliminating the need for a separate blower package and making it suitable for applications requiring lower-rate conveying over shorter distances. The unit also includes a large-area, automatic-reverse jet filter for powder conveying. The loader body is made of DIN 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel with internal and external electropolished surface passivation. The modular construction and sanitary design, without pockets or dead spaces, allow for easy disassembly and cleaning as well as expansion with extension modules.
