Double-diaphragm pump

October 15, 2012
Manufactured for transferring viscous, solid-laden slurries at high discharge pressures, the Wilden HX400S high-pressure, air-operated double-diaphragm pump has a liquid chamber that is used as an amplification chamber, allowing the pump to generate a 2:1 ratio of discharge fluid pressure to air inlet pressure and achieve a discharge fluid pressure up to 250psig (17.2 bar). The pump comes with 1.5-in. inlet and discharge connections. A state-of-the-art efficiency management system allows dialing in actual operational parameters regardless of application demands or pump size. The unit has a 62gpm (235 L/min.) maximum flow rate and 125psig (8.6 bar) maximum air inlet pressure.
