House Foods America Acquires El Burrito Mexican Foods Products

The healthy Mexican foods brand has been purchased for an undisclosed amount.

House Foods America announced that it has completed its acquisition of El Burrito Mexican Food Products, Inc, a healthy Mexican foods brand based in City of Industry, CA. The company will be renamed El Burrito Mexican Food Products Corp., and the financial terms of the agreement have not yet been released.
