Mexican Food Producers and Manufacturers Trained in US Food Safety and Modernization Act

Foreign exporters are anxious to learn more about the regulations.

November 21, 2012

To help foreign exporters educate themselves about the US Food Safety and Modernization Act (FSMA), FDAImports.com Founder and CEO Benjamin England presented two half-day training sessions in conjunction with US Customhouse Broker J.O. Alvarez, Inc. in Monterey and Celaya, Mexico. The training outlined important FSMA regulations, how to prepare for compliance, and the FDA’s current implementation status. FDA’s translation of essential FSMA information into a number of foreign languages, including Spanish, can be found here.
