Conference organizers cite new economic reality

IPPE Will Showcase 1,100 Exhibitors

The Meat and Poultry Research Conference, part of the 2013 International Production and Packaging Expo (IPPE), will focus on the new economic reality presented by natural and organic products. The all-day conference will begin with sessions focusing on the role of the consumer, the economic state of the food industry and regulatory issues and will conclude with a retailer perspective on natural and organic products. Other topics include food safety and clean label ingredients, food quality and nutrition challenges of natural and organic products, and marketing organic products.
