Hostess Brands to Shutter Company in Wake of Strike, Bankruptcy

Hostess Brands Inc. issued a statement regarding executive compensation as the company winds down. It noted that Chairman and CEO of Hostess Brands Gregory Bradburn‘s status as a retained professional in the company’s bankruptcy proceedings means his compensation is subject to the final approval of the court, and that he is not included in the Court-approved $1.75 million executive compensation plan for the company’s wind down.
