DSM to acquire Cargill’s cultures and enzymes business

Royal DSM announced its acquisition of Cargill’s cultures and enzymes business in an all-cash transaction for €85 million. Cargill’s cultures and enzymes business has manufacturing operations in Wisconsin and France and generates net sales of about €45 million annually. DSM hopes to accelerate its growth plan for its dairy business with the acquisition.
