KHS AG introduced a new mini hygiene housing for ultraclean filling of PET bottles with water. Unlike the glass hygiene housing usually found in this application, the new mini hygiene housing’s bottom does not open to the floor. As a result, the filling area is completely sealed and protected from outside influences while saving about 30 percent of space compared to traditionally sized systems.
