2013 International Rendering Symposium will focus on combating high feed costs

The symposium will take place at 2013 International Production & Processing Expo

The International Rendering Symposium at the 2013 International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE) will focus on using rendered products to combat high feed costs. The two-day program costs $150 for registered expo attendees and is sponsored by the National Renderers Association and the US Poultry and Egg Association. IPPE will run from Jan. 29-31, 2013 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA.

Shane O’Halloran joined Food Engineering in November of 2012 as Digital/Online Editor.
