X-ray inspection system

x-ray inspection system eagle product inspectionEngineered for food manufacturers in the packaged meat, poultry and dairy industries, the Eagle 400 HC X-ray inspection system simultaneously inspects for foreign bodies including metal, glass, stone and bone, and checks products for correct weight, size and shape. The system has an integrated water-cooled heat exchanger to prevent overheating. A 400mm belt allows the inspection of mid-sized to larger products. Welded, thick stainless steel plates allow for easy cleaning, while interlocked, hinged louvers can be operated and lifted for reassembly after cleaning. The system meets international meat processing safety guidelines and regulations, including those published by the American Meat Institute  and the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group, as well as European regulations for safety of machinery and hygiene requirements (EN ISO 14159:2002 and EN 1672-2: 2005 +A1:2009).
