Blending conveyor

blending conveyor heat and controlWith load cells that measure the delivery of each ingredient, the Heat and Control FastBack blending conveyor maintains a blend accuracy better than 1.5% per constituent, depending on the product. The conveyor applies seasonings, and mixes multiple snacks, vegetables, meats, candy, frozen foods and other ingredients. Its horizontal motion conveying prevents separation of blended ingredients and reduces product breakage, coating loss and buildups in the conveyor pan. A modular design allows expansion and flexibility. A variety of pan surfaces is available.
