FDA will offer enhanced free online courses on food defense to help shield the US food supply from intentional contamination. The four courses are Food Defense Awareness for Professionals; Food Defense Awareness for Frontline Employees; FDA Regulations, which focuses on three federal regulations designed to protect the food supply; and Alert, for owners of food facilities.
