Food antimicrobials

Eliminating pathogens in red meat, poultry, seafood and fresh produce, Zep KEEPER Professional products are FDA-approved, broad-spectrum antimicrobial agents using sodium chlorite technology for microbial control without altering or destroying the taste, color, nutritional value or odor of food products. They are effective against Salmonella, E. coli 0157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter jejuni and other pathogens. Also capable of preventing the formation of biofilm, the antimicrobials are FSIS approved, organic certified, Kosher certified and exempt from declaration on a food product label.
