The Sturtevant Simpactor pin mill uses centrifugal force to reduce low- to medium-density dry powder food ingredients to uniform particle sizes of 50-200 mesh. The mill is designed to operate at varying degrees of impact and agitation, from high-impact grinding at top speeds of 45,000 ft. per min. to controlled, slower rpm mixing and blending.
