Lee Industries' double-motion agitated vessels for viscous product are suitable for product batches ranging from low-viscosity soups to heavy refried beans. The agitator is designed with crossbars that rotate in opposite directions and scrapers that clean the inside vessel walls, designed for up to 2 million centipoises viscosity. Other features include pressure/vacuum, trunnion tilt, piggyback drive and sizing from pilot lab to 6,000 gallons.
