Risco's Double D Revoband Char Grilling/Searing and Bar Marking unit is designed to enhance the finished product in taste and appearance, while offering food processors the ability to grill most foods. The direct-flame, gas-fired unit can be custom built to suit user specifications, including from one to six burners positioned according to requirements and stainless steel wire conveyor belts sized to exact needs. The units can also be designed as part of an inline cook/chill process.
