says its ThermaBlend cookers efficiently cook soups, sauces, fillings, taco
meat, chili and other viscous food products. They are built using an hourglass
design that provides a larger heating surface for improved heat transfer, which
eliminates cooking inefficiencies, maintains product integrity and reduces
cooking time, says the company. The cookers feature dual-ribbon agitators for
homogenous blending, a wrap-around ASME heat jacket to provide effective heat
transfer and a scraper system that helps heat exchange surfaces remain clean,
preventing burn-on.
