Batch mixing

The ABM 2000 high-speed mixer from Advanced Food Systems allows mixing of increased batch sizes of up to 2,000 lbs. This high-speed mixing technology allows users to recognize benefits such as additional hydration rates, shortened mix times and the ability to feed multiple lines with the output from one mixer, says the company. The mixer is also available for production of smaller batch sizes ranging from 300 to 1,100 lbs.
