Batching system

By eliminating pinch valves, screw feeders and vibratory feeders and replacing them with Sanitary Rotary Valves, IEDCO says its batching system achieves accuracies of ±0.00 kg. The rotary valve operates by reciprocating back and forth through 180 degrees rather than a full 360 degrees. This movement allows for pulsing of the valve to release minute amounts of product during the dribble or final phase of discharging.
