Centrifugal separation

August 1, 2008

Relying on centrifugal force to remove particles as small as 250 microns from cooking oil, Heat and Control’s KleenSweep full-flow centrifugal separation system separates oil and fines from the underflow of the centrifugal separator using an easy-to-clean mesh filter drawer. Capable of working with low oil volume, it eliminates restrictions in oil flow to the main pump to prevent pump cavitation. Available in sizes to filter from 350 to over 3,300 gal./min. of hot oil, the system has no moving parts and is self-cleaning. Sanitary models are available.
