An environmentally friendly solution for producing fine chocolates, Netzsch’s Chocoeasy has an agitator bead mill that eliminates shearing problems and reduces power usage.  With the Chocoeasy process, hot air removes moisture from the cocoa, sugar and powdered milk mixture during the dry conching step.  The refining and liquid conching processes can be run simultaneously, allowing the production of a batch in 12 hours.  The unit is available in six sizes.
