Netzsch’s ChocoEasy CE6000 large-scale chocolate-making system can produce up to 12 tons of high-quality chocolate, fillers or compounds in 1 day. Its dry and liquid conching step runs in a temperature-controlled tank with a horizontal agitator shaft to remove moisture from the cocoa, sugar and powdered milk mixture; the refining and liquid conching processes occur simultaneously in an agitator bead mill to produce a batch in 12 hours.
