JBT FoodTech’s Combitech evaporator combines two proven processing technologies to meet the demands of paste processors, including the need for low-temperature profiles to maintain the organoleptic properties of fresh fruit. Capable of evaporating 70 tons of water/hour, a high-capacity/intensive model has 3 effects and 4 stages (2 taste and 2 forced circulation) for large tomato processors. A multi-use unit can evaporate 10 tons of water/hour with 2 effects and 2 stages (1 taste and 1 forced circulation).
