The DiversaCut 2110 dicer from Urschel Laboratories offers high capacity with less floor space. Using a compact cutting zone, the machine offers a range of cuts, including flat slices from 1/16 in. to 1 in., circular knife cuts from 1/8 in. to 3 in., crosscut knife cuts from 1/8 in. to 11⁄2 in., and crinkle and strip cuts. The sanitary stainless steel design includes hinged access panels and a stainless steel motor in 5 or 10 HP.
