Compact freezer

FMC’s GyroCompact M10 freezer has a 42-in. wide belt and features a drive system that increases processes by 30% (to approximately 16,000 lbs. of fully cooked chicken/hour). Its open design optimizes sanitation standards, decreases downtime for cleaning and maintenance, and reduces contamination. The freezer has no hollow pipes or tubes on structural components; horizontal surfaces are sloped for enhanced hygiene. The drive system operates completely on rolling friction, so less lubrication is required.
