Slideways plastic conveyor components are custom engineered and machined from materials such as HDPE, PVC, UHMW for high wear applications, anti-static plastic or where large volumes of dust are created and Lexan for machine guards, manifolds and other parts where visibility is important. Typical parts include star wheels, turn guides, turn disks, chain guides and returns, belt guides, wear strips, chutes, manifolds and side gates.
