Conveyor with liquid nitrogen

Air Liquide's Crust Flow-P freezing tunnel uses a plastic conveyor belt saturated with liquid nitrogen for fast freezing of fragile, soft or sticky products. It can be used with mechanical freezers and integrated into existing lines, including operations that follow hardening and surface freezing. The speed of the process helps foods retain their cell structure, nutritional value and flavor when thawed, according to Air Liquide.
