The JBT FoodTech MultiPhase cooking system includes: a large-volume Stein THERMoFIN fryer; a choice of three models of Jet Stream ovens, all of which can be integrated with a radiant heat oven for the enhanced cooking of red meat products; Stein ProGrill continuous belt grills that can be used in conjunction with linear and spiral ovens; a Stein Charmarker to add the appearance of open flame grilling; and a variety of GYRoCOMPACT spiral ovens that combine vertical airflow with cross-flow to produce optimal side-to-side temperature control for consistent product quality across the belt.
