Vertical Systems from IJ White help food processors uniformly cool or freeze a variety of products in an energy efficient way. The Hydro Pouch Chiller utilizes new chilling technology to lower internal product temperature faster and more uniformly using new intermittent pouch agitation. This technology is designed for use with soups, stews, custards, sauces, cheeses and other food products. Refrigerated Blast Cooling are heavy duty systems designed for multi-shift operations for production rates from 2,000 to 25,000 lbs/hour. Thermal Pak Freezing employs refrigeration coil technology designed to reduce freezing time and increase product shelf life.
