Cooling tunnels

Schebler Food Equipment’s custom cooling tunnels are designed with an application-specific approach for use in the production of granola, sports and nutrition bars, trans fat-free cookies that melt at lower temperatures, as well as traditional bakery and confectionery products. The cooling tunnels use chill plate cooling with specialized air movement to allow for modulating temperature according to the product, capacity or ambient conditions. The CIP-optional cooling tunnels can be configured in different tiers with options such as gull-wing doors and removable plenums.
