Created for use in food processing facilities, Airgas FreezeRight cryogenic freezers use liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide to flash freeze food items such as chicken, seafood, vegetables and pastries. Using a common modular platform for easier cleaning and a smaller footprint, the freezers are available in standard and customized versions.
