Debone/trim system

Used in operations such as dark meat deboning and breast trimming, the Gainco YieldPlus debone/trim management system automatically weighs incoming product to a target batch weight and distributes it to each operator for further processing; the product distribution system regulates the flow of product batches. Once product arrives at the operation station, Bettcher Whizard Series II trimmers debone or trim it. The product is sent to an out-feed weighing hopper to capture finished product weight per operator. Finished product is then sent to a QC station for inspection and specific defect tracking via a touch screen interface.
