A solid-bowl decanting centrifuge for the continuous filtration separation of frying oils, especially on oils formulated without Trans fat, Pennwalt’s Super-D-Canter filters out smaller particles, and is effective in controlling allergens when multiple products pass through a fryer. High-abrasion points are fitted with replaceable parts, and only 1 drive motor is required. An advanced injection system reduces polymer consumption. The centrifuge has tight tolerances, back-flushing and CIP capabilities.
