Designed to meet temperature monitoring requirements in the food, dairy and beverage industries, Anderson’s DTG digital temperature gauge can directly replace all mercury-in-glass or bi-metal thermometers currently utilized in non-pasteurization (PMO) applications. With the thermometer, push-button field calibration adjustments can be made. Options include on-board switching and alarm relays, remote mount display and secondary RTD with a quick disconnect.
