Moline's heavy-duty dough extruders offer high-volume dough sheet forming up to 36-in. wide. The equipment is constructed of stainless steel and is washdown duty rated. The extruders can be used in stiff and short dough applications such as pizza, tortillas, wraps and bread sticks or for biscuits. Available capacities range from 2,000 lbs./hr. to 25,000 lbs./hr.
