Designed for dried food applications, Modern Process Equipment’s IMD 8 Gran-U-Lizer reduces the creation of undersized particles and provides targeted, uniform particle size distribution. Its continuous roller-style grinding method reduces waste and can eliminate downstream classification systems. The unit comes in different construction materials to accommodate varying levels of FDA requirements and provides maintained tolerances under extreme conditions. Common applications include pepper, candy, bread crumbs, nuts and dried spices.
