Charles Ross & Son's dual shaft vacuum mixer is for the mixing and dispersion of medium- to high-viscosity food materials such as salad dressing, fillings, flavorings and coatings. The anchor and high-speed disperser combination handles batches up to 50 gallons. The design is offered in several capacities from 1 through 2,000 gallons. The unit is designed for variable-speed operation. The speed for each agitator is independently controlled by AC-variable frequency inverters.
