Reiser's Vemag line of equipment can be used for depositing, extruding and portioning applications. The equipment is designed to handle viscous product and large chunks of chocolate, fruits, nuts and other ingredients. When combined with an attachment system, the depositors are suitable for portioning bakery and snack products. For high volume production, the company says its Water Wheel unit allows users to perform multiple-lane portioning onto preformed trays or form, fill, seal equipment. It can also be used to deposit onto oven bands, freezer belts and make-up lines. Various models and hopper capacities are available.
