Clextral extrusion lines process many cracker styles on a single production line, from traditional cracker styles to multigrain crackers with whole grain nuggets and inclusions, to thin and light crisps, to dipping-strength crackers, to filled bars. The different styles can be processed on the same extruder with easy-to-implement recipe modifications and configuration changes. New product development assistance including product concepts, formulation/recipe tests, brand extension design and market prototype production are available.
