Fat analysis

FOSS' MeatMaster measures fat content in meat. The analyzer is integrated into the production line and analyzes a whole batch so the results are 100% representative. The results are integrated into the operating system of the plant, allowing automatic control of material according to a specified fat content. The product can also detect metal, which reduces the risk of damage to instruments further along the production line. Using dual X-ray technology, the solution allows the fat content of fresh, frozen, chilled, boxed and loose meat to be measured.
