FDA offers new salmonella guidance

FDA has released a guidance entitled, Measures to Address the Risk for Contamination by Salmonella Species in Food Containing a Peanut-Derived Product as an Ingredient. The document discusses environmental factors in which salmonella survives and what can retard its growth or kill it.
