Van Meurs' bag-in-box filling machine is for both aseptic (high- or low-acid ESL) and non-aseptic filling of various types of cheese sauces with or without particulates up to 1 in. in diameter. The machines can be configured with single or multiple filling heads. They use a PLC controller that provides filling capacities in excess of 1,427 gallons per hour. The systems can be designed for semi- or fully automated operation and include the supply of the product, bags and boxes.
